We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return full-priced Neelora pieces within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
You're welcome to visually inspect the jewellery at home — just avoid wearing or trying it on. Any signs of use will make the item ineligible for return.
Please note: Items purchased during sales, with discount codes, gift cards, or store credit are not eligible for return.
Only one return is allowed per original order. Orders placed using store credit from a previous return are final and non-returnable.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging (jewelry box, pouch, cloth, tags, etc.) must be intact and undamaged

The return must be shipped within 7 days of return approval

We do not charge return or restocking fees

Missing/damaged packaging may result in a deduction from your store credit (we’ll inform you before processing)
