Warranty Policy

At Neelora, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. Our jewellery is crafted with premium materials and is designed for long-lasting everyday wear.

Our 1-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects and abnormal tarnishing, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

🛡️ 1-Year Warranty

All eligible Neelora jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Please note: Mangalsutras are not covered under the 1-Year Warranty.

If your Neelora jewellery shows abnormal tarnishing due to a manufacturing or coating defect within 1 year, you may be eligible for a replacement or other resolution after inspection by our team.

The warranty is applicable only when the issue is determined to be a manufacturing/coating defect and is not caused by misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

❌ What Is NOT Covered Under Warranty

The Neelora warranty does not cover mangalsutras, physical damage, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Mangalsutras (excluded from the 1-Year Warranty)

• Broken or snapped chains

• Broken clasps, hooks, or connectors

• Pearls coming out, falling off, or getting damaged

• Diamonds, crystals, stones, or other decorative elements coming out or falling off

• Bending, twisting, or deformation of the jewellery

• Scratches, dents, cuts, or other physical damage

• Damage caused by dropping, pulling, snagging, or excessive force

• Damage caused by improper handling or storage

• Damage caused by perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, chlorine, acids, cleaning agents, or other harsh chemicals

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

• Lost or stolen jewellery

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by using the jewellery contrary to our Jewellery Care Guidelines

Important

The 1-Year Warranty does not mean that the jewellery is covered against breakage or physical damage for one year.

The warranty primarily covers manufacturing/coating defects and abnormal tarnishing, subject to inspection and approval by the Neelora team.

For example:

Mangalsutra (any issue) → Not covered
Chain broken → Not covered
Pearl comes out → Not covered
Diamond/stone comes out → Not covered
Clasp broken due to pulling/mishandling → Not covered
Jewellery bent or damaged → Not covered
Scratches/dents due to use → Not covered
Abnormal tarnishing due to a manufacturing/coating defect → May be covered

🎁 Bundle Offer Returns

For eligible bundle returns (Buy 2, Buy 3, Buy 5, and similar offers), the refund is calculated using the total amount paid for the bundle, not the individual item's MRP.

• The amount paid is divided equally by the number of items in the bundle: 2 for a 2-item bundle, 3 for a 3-item bundle, and 5 for a 5-item bundle.

• Each returned item is refunded at this per-item value, less the applicable return shipping fee and any deductions.

💧 Waterproof & Care

Although Neelora jewellery is designed to be waterproof and tarnish-resistant, proper care is important for maintaining its finish.

We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to:

• Perfumes and body sprays

• Lotions and cosmetics

• Chlorine and swimming pools

• Harsh chemicals

• Cleaning agents

• Excessive friction or physical impact

Please follow our Jewellery Care Guidelines to maintain the jewellery's finish and appearance.

📋 How to Claim Your Warranty

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Email us at neeloraofficial@gmail.com

2. Use the subject line: "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]"

3. Attach clear photos/videos of the jewellery

4. Include your order number and date of purchase

5. Briefly explain the issue

Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and inform you of the next steps.

🔍 Warranty Inspection

All warranty claims are subject to review and inspection by the Neelora team.

We reserve the right to determine whether an issue is caused by a manufacturing/coating defect or by physical damage, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

If the issue is determined to be physical damage or misuse, the warranty claim will be rejected.

🛍️ Warranty Eligibility

To be eligible for warranty:

• The product must have been purchased directly from Neelora's official website (neelora.com).

• The product must not be a mangalsutra (mangalsutras are excluded from the 1-Year Warranty).

• Original proof of purchase/order details must be provided.

• The claim must be submitted within 1 year from the date of purchase.

• The issue must fall within the scope of our warranty.

• The product must not have been modified or repaired by a third party.

Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized resellers are not covered under this warranty.
