If your Neelora jewellery shows any signs of tarnishing within 6 months from the date of purchase, we will offer you a 100% full return or replacement at no extra cost.

After 6 Months of Purchase — 50% Return
If tarnishing occurs after 6 months and within 12 months from the date of purchase, we will offer a 50% refund on your original purchase price.

- The tarnishing is due to a manufacturing or coating defect, not caused by misuse
- The product has been stored and cared for as per our Jewellery Care Guidelines
- Original proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
❌ What Is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals (perfumes, chlorine, acids, cleaning agents)
- Physical damage — scratches, dents, or breakage due to mishandling
- Normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or resellers
